When One & Only Palmilla lost one of their restaurants due to a hurricane, they chose to use it as an opportunity to rebrand. Formerly known as Market, the new and improved Seared restaurant wanted to update their menu presentation. Honoring the style of the previous menus, they wanted the same class of Premium Faux Leather, but they embraced a lighter color scheme.
