This binder was created for Walsh Construction to submit their proposal for the nuCLEus skyscraper in Cleveland, OH. The building complex is going to be a mix of ultra modern construction, and the proposal binder should reflect those tastes. The cover is hi-tech looking die-cut frosted acrylic, with geometric shapes allowing a partial view to the cover page, and a silk-screened logo on the interior cover. The acrylic is secured to an anodized aluminum piano hinge spine with a silk-screened logo.
